  • Bucharest

    Cluj is located in the northwestern part of Romania, in the historical province of Transylvania. It is the academical city and cultural centre of this province, where lives the Hungarian minority. One of the remarkable buildings is the oldest, house of the famous Hungarian king Matthias Corvinus, built in Gothic period and restored in Transylvanian Renaissance style.

    Timişoara is situated in the western part, in the county Timiş. In the past was under dominion of Habsburg Empire and during that time city of Timişoara got great development. From 1919 belongs to Romania. It is commercial and cultural centre with many branches of industry. In 1962 was open new university.

  • Constanţa

    Constanţa is third largest city in Romania and also biggest port on the Black Sea. City was established in honour of Roman Emperor Constantine the Great' sister Constantine. From ancient times we can still see the Great Wall of Trajan. City is ethnic various, there are seen catholic church, orthodox cathedral and mosque on one place.

  • Braşov

    City of Braşov is located in the middle of Romania surrounded by the Southern Carpathians mountains. City was established by the German knights' system, who colonized this settlement. Part of Romania had became Braşov in 1918. Till these days hung over beautiful city centre with Gothic Black Church.

  • Oradea

    City is lying not far from the border with Hungary. It is one of the richest cities in Romania. Of Baroque look took care the Viennese architect F. A. Hillebrandt. From his work can be mentioned the Roman Catholic Cathedral, Bishop's Palace or Museum of the Crişland.
